Gray-winged trumpeter

This fledgling Gray-winged trumpeter (Psophia crepitans) was photographed in the lowland Quichua community of Rio Blanca, Amazonian Ecuador. It was found by a community member separated from parents in the rainforest. so the parent may have been killed by a predator while foraging.
